Our Solutions
We offer a choice of compliant solutions, Umbrella PAYE, PEO, CIS, Freelance and PSC Contractor payment administration.
You can rest assured that we will not support contracting solution options that are not in line with HMRC expectations to make sure that the contracting chain is in safe hands.
Under our umbrella PAYE option Navigate People will be your employer for multiple assignments with various different clients and recruitment agencies and this will provide you with a continuity of employment.

If you are working as a sole trader and obtaining your assignments through recruitment businesses then you can potentially sub-contract through Navigate Freelance.
If you are working within the construction sector and qualify as a genuinely self-employed worker then you can potentially sub-contract through Navigate CIS.
